The Founder’s Story
Carla Jay Clark is the founder of CeeCee Fitness but she didn’t accidentally fall into fitness.
She studied Psychology at university, fascinated by what drives behaviour, confidence, and change. She went on to become a teacher — guiding, supporting, and developing young people.
But deep down, she always knew.
Her real calling wasn’t just in educating minds — it was in transforming lives through strength.
Fitness had always been more than a hobby. It was discipline. It was therapy. It was empowerment. It was identity.
So five years ago, she made the decision most people only talk about. She bet on herself.
Carla launched her own personal training business with a vision: to build more than bodies — to build confident, powerful women who feel in control of their lives.
What started as one woman with a mission has grown into a premium coaching brand with real impact. The journey hasn’t been instant. It’s been built through relentless work, constant learning, and an uncompromising standard.
